Generally speaking, our doors are open Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
To provide our customers with their best experience we work by appointment only and suggest you reach out to us to make sure we are going to be in the studio at the time you would like to stop by.
We also provide our services on location throughout the community and would be disappointed is we missed you when you stop by.

Our address is 137 First Street, Liverpool NY 13088.
We are conveniently located in the heart of central NY right in the Village of Liverpool. We have plenty of off & on street parking available to you.
Liverpool is a beautiful village, right near the shores of Onondaga Lake. Plan your visit with a little extra time to explore our village and see our wonderful shops and restaurants.
Do you accept reservations?
Absolutely, in fact the is the only way we create our imagery.
You are always welcome to our studio to see what we are all about however for us to provide our customers with a great experience we require an appointment.
Are Hair and or Makeup services available?
Yes, if you would like either or both of these services they are available through several of our recommended artists. Just ask and we will be happy to provide you their contact information.
You have the opportunity to choose the artist that you feel will provide you with your best results.
Do you retouch the images?
Yes, any images that you choose will be fully retouched.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, checks as well as cash.
Do you Travel?
Yes, besides individuals who value our services and are more than happy to come to us many of our customers are corporate clients who have us come to their companies to photograph their employees there.
They find this a great solution for us to photograph a large numbers of their employees with the least interruption.
Is there an extra cost for you to come to our location?
Yes, even though there is no travel fee within Onondaga County to come to your facility but there is a small location setup cost of $195.00 for us to bring out all of the necessary equipment to ensure your sessions are a success.
Is there a minimum of people required for you to come to our location?
Yes, it’s been our experience that a cost effective number for our customers seems to be 10 people, but give us a call, lets discuss this so we can explore this a little more to make sure that we are providing you with the best service possible.
Would you come to our corporate event to photograph all of our attendees?
Yes, we are able to provide our customers with service; it does not matter if your event is 1 day long with a hundred people to be photographed or several days long with hundreds of people to be photographed. We are equipped to handle any request.
Are you insured?
Yes, fully insured & we can provide your company with a certificate upon request.
This is a very important question and if you are considering any company coming to your location to perform any type of service you really must insist upon this.
Are you able to provide us with group photos of our people?
Yes, this is a common request from our customers, whether it is a small grouping at your office or larger groups at a conference, we can provide this for you.
What if I don't like my Headshot?
Not a problem, our guarantee is if you are not thrilled with your headshot, you do not pay!
During your session, we will be showing you your images as we go so we can make sure we are capturing your best self.
This process of photographing directly to the computer so that you can view and pick your images immediately ensures that you are getting the best possible results.
